Shipping Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Golden Artisan Publishing. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Return & Exchange Policy
We will require an unboxing video for us to approve your refund/return request. All of our books will be in good condition before shipping out. Any damages caused by handling and shipping are beyond out control.
If there is proof that the mistake is on our part, we can offer a full refund upon returning the item. We can also offer to change the book upon request of the buyer.
